Registration

How do I register?
You can register online, by phone, or by submitting a form via email or mail.
Is there a registration deadline?
For the France pilgrimage: April 30, 2025. Early registration is encouraged.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes, transfers are allowed. Please contact us promptly.

Pricing & Payments

What is the cost?
$4,950 per person (double occupancy); Single supplement: $1,490; Land-only option: $3,635.
What’s included?
Flights, accommodations, transportation, guided visits, and meals.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required one month before departure.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
Are there additional costs?
Personal expenses, tips, insurance, and optional activities are not included.

Travel & Logistics

What travel arrangements are included?
Flights (JFK or LAX), ground transport, and transfers.
Can I make my own travel arrangements?
Yes. A land-only option is available, and extended stays can be arranged.
What accommodations are provided?
4-star hotels in most locations; 3-star hotels in Lisieux and Mont Saint-Michel.
What is the group size?
Pricing is based on 45 participants.

What is a typical day like?
Mass, prayer, site visits, guided tours, and free time.
Will there be free time?
Yes, daily time for personal reflection or exploration.

Yes — 8 breakfasts and 8 dinners.

Cancellations

What is the cancellation policy?
30–16 days: 70% refund; 15–8 days: 25% refund; within 7 days: no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
